ORPHIC TENDENCIES - a collaboration between London-based artist Laurence Watchorn, Hunarkar’s master artisans, and SUPERFICIAL - is a limited edition of 20 woven-to-order rugs that merge contemporary abstraction with traditional craftsmanship. Translating Watchorn’s intuitive, canvas-based paintings into handwoven form, each piece embodies a dialogue between gesture and material. Crafted from the finest wool and natural plant dyes, these rugs evoke a deep connection to nature and can be displayed on the floor or as a wall-hung tapestry -timeless works that blur the line between art and object.
 
Each product is hand dyed and hand woven to order - please note due to the product's nature colours may vary slightly. Please allow 12 weeks for your order to arrive. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
